Hazel, who has been with MAPP (the estate’s property and facilities managers) for a year, has over 20 years of surveying experience working on a wide range of property disciplines in both private and public sectors across Scotland.  Hazel is taking over from Stephanie Gardner who is shortly leaving MAPP for a new role.

As part of the estate team, Hazel will oversee much of the outsourced property management requirements including service charge management, occupier engagement and property inspections.

Hazel said: “It’s exciting to be working on Scotland’s largest business estate and one that is home to many hundreds of businesses operating across many sectors.  I’m passionate about providing excellent customer service so really looking forward to working with the companies based here, and of course my new colleagues in the hardworking estate management team.”
