Hillington Park Commission New Frasers Property Tartan

Hillington Park has commissioned a new Frasers Property tartan based on the Singapore-headquartered multi-national property group’s corporate colours. Louise O’Connell, Hillington Park’s Marketing and Travel Manager worked with Houston Kiltmakers based in nearby Paisley on the design and manufacture of the first roll of tartan cloth. The design has been formally registered with the Scottish Register of Tartans.

A framed copy of the Frasers Property Registered Tartan certificate with the first cut of cloth was presented to Mr Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Group CEO of Frasers Property, by Ilaria del Beato, CEO of Frasers Property UK in London in May 2019.

Grant Edmondson, Hillington Park Commercial Director said “We hatched the idea for a Frasers Property tartan last year to celebrate Hillington Park’s 80th anniversary and the company’s acquisition of the estate. It’s also a great way to acknowledge the historic Scottish connection to the Frasers Property name, which is down to a certain John Fraser from Wigtown, Dumfries & Galloway, who set up business with fellow Scottish entrepreneur David Chalmers Neave in 1880’s Singapore.
