First Occupier Confirmed For Evolution 200 Series
OSL Rail, an international rail signalling and multidisciplinary engineering business, has been confirmed as the first occupier in the Evolution 200 Series development.

The company, which is part of the OSL Group, will occupy Evolution 202, a speculatively built 17,728 sq ft modern industrial unit, to accommodate its expanding specialist rail engineering division in Scotland.

To meet OSL Rail’s key fit out requirements, Frasers Property UK installed 1,345 sq ft of office space which included meeting room, shower/changing facilities and a kitchen/break out space in just seven weeks.

Glen Spearing, Senior Asset Manager at Frasers Property UK said: “It is great to do our first letting at the Evolution Series development and we are delighted OSL Rail selected Hillington Park for its rapidly growing Scottish operations.”

“The high-quality specification of our Evolution Series stands out in the Glasgow industrial market place as there is little stock available that is comparable.  Its location, right next to the busy M8 motorway, adds to its desirability as it provides tremendous brand visibility to 100,000 vehicles passing by every day.”

The Evolution Series development has three other units still available, ranging in size from 20,268 to 23,950 sq ft with large service yards and private car parking.

EPCA (Building Consultancy) procured the fit out works on behalf of Frasers Property UK. Ryden and Colliers are letting agents for Evolution 200 Series at Hillington Park.
