New print business is ‘Just Great’ for customers
Digital technology, which allows for speedy turnaround and smaller production runs, is at the heart of an ambitious new printing business based at the North Point business centre.

Just Great Print, launched by experienced digital print specialist Newton Keenan, has already secured business customers based on Hillington Park as well as others located in Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Glasgow.

The new company, which can provide same day delivery on certain orders, is also committed to operating to high environmental standards through its use of FSC Certified paper, recycled toner products and reducing its waste materials to a minimum.

Newton Keenan explained: “Technology means that the print industry is evolving fast, just like lots of sectors. With digital we can now provide a fast and cost effective print service to the B2B and B2C markets that had previously not been possible. By using our digital presses and finishing equipment it is possible for us to have supplied design work printed and delivered on the same day. That simply wasn’t viable for large printers in the past and it is really exciting for us and our customers love it.” “Already, we have businesses on Hillington Park using us for short run print jobs and with the proximity to the M8 we can deliver quickly to Glasgow and Renfrewshire with ease.”

Newton, who previously worked in a senior role for global print business Xerox, has invested in the business using his own money and is committed to providing his customers with his own high standards of service.

He added: “I have been in the print industry for 20 years, and my colleagues are also highly experienced so we understand the market well and what customers expect and we are determined to exceed their expectations. We also know that environmental considerations are high now so our commitment is to keep waste to an absolute minimum and use products from sustainable sources wherever possible.”
