Already a successful business based on Hillington Park, APP has moved to its new 12,674 sq ft unit and trades under the ‘APP Plumbing and Heating’ and ‘Mr Central Heating’ brands providing showroom and trade counter services to the construction and plumbing sector across the west of Scotland.
APP joins Headlam, a national distributor of residential floor coverings that supplies carpet, vinyl, rugs, wood floorings, and laminates to flooring retailers, at the West 100 & 200 development. Headlam trades as ‘CK Davie’ and opened its popular trade counter & showroom in September 2022.
The occupancy of West 100 & 200, a 132,774 sq ft modern industrial and logistics scheme, is now 47%, less than a year since completion.

The units are well sized and well constructed and we are pleased to have struck a deal with Frasers meaning we will reman in the area for at least another decade!”
