International company finds new home at Hillington Park
A global logistics service provider is the latest big name occupier to move onto Hillington Park.

Steder Group (UK) Ltd, which specialises in project logistics, warehousing and distribution, will occupy the 20,000 sqft 3 Sentinel Court unit, which provides modern warehouse and production accommodation, as well as additional external storage space.

Steder Group has been operating for more than 35 years and has grown substantially over the last few years with offices in three continents.

The unit forms part of a modern development of three properties at Sentinel Court and has recently undergone refurbishment. By moving quickly to structure the deal against a strict deadline and in providing the ideal combination of warehouse and open storage space required by the occupier, Hillington Park was able to secure the commitment of Steder.
